Our client, an executive placement firm for healthcare executives, wanted a modern identity system that could differentiate them from stodgy old-school executive recruiting firms.

This brand identity is built around a logo that signifies one party helping bring two other parties together. A subtle capital P is implied by the negative space of the logo, which also forms an arrow. Both the arrow pointing to the right and the left-to-right ascension of the two merged parties are suggestive of business depictions for growth.
